SAC: Performing and Visual Arts
The mission of visual arts in the Kuna School District is to enable students to think creatively, develop skills of visual expression, use critical thinking, and broaden their understanding and appreciation of the fine arts.
The Kuna School District believes in the importance of a well-rounded music education for every student as part of a student’s path toward becoming a contributing, responsible citizen. Through singing, performing, composing, listening, evaluation and analysis students will develop an internal music sense, an understanding of basic musical principals and an appreciation of the myriad ways music affects every living person.”
