What is a Building Administrator?

A Building Administrator (B.A.) is what was formally known as an Assistant Principal. However, with this new title are new responisibilities that lie solely on this person. Our HTLC Building Administrator is Chelsey Hill. Mrs Hill is a former teacher and this is her second year as our B.A. Her main priority is to ensure student safety in areas including busses, playground, and the lunchroom. She also takes care of and deals with student behavior and building maintenance. To summarize, Mrs. Hill ensures that the management of the buildiing is smooth and effiicient while the two principals focus on student learning, student achievement, and teachers. Mrs. Hill is the point of contact for parent concerns. Please call her at Teed 922-1005 or at Hubbard 922-1007 if you have a concern that needs our attention. Most of the time our Office Managers, Ann Kollmann (Teed) and Greta Smith (Hubbard) will be able to help you.
