It is my pleasure to welcome you to Hubbard Elementary School (K-3), part of the Hubbard-Teed Learning Community which serves students K-6th grades.  It is our goal that students come to school excited to learn and leave school each day with an excitement to share their learning with their families.  In the Hubbard-Teed Learning Community we put a high priority and focus on teaching the individual child.  We strive to find each student’s strength and to teach to the whole child. 

 

Our school’s policy is that of an “Open Door”.  We would like to invite you in to visit, observe, or volunteer in our classrooms and school.  Please feel free to stop by and meet myself or the staff anytime throughout the school year and let us know what we can do to make your child’s educational experience even better.  At Hubbard Elementary we feel that it takes a partnership between teacher—student—and parents to be successful.  In addition to a very active PTA we also have a Parent Advisory Committee that works to gather and give input to our Leadership Team to improve student achievement. 

 

Our teachers are one of the most dedicated groups of individuals you will ever meet.  Their committment to ensuring success is evident in their continous learning and collaboration they share with each other. 

 

It is our desire that your child feels the warmth and care that everyone at Hubbard possesses for students, and they go home each day knowing that they are valued at school.
