Outdoor Education Department

 

7th grade Elective choice:

• Outdoor Ed:  Outdoor Education is a course that covers Idaho Hunter’s Education, camping, fishing, off-road vehicles, survival in the wilderness and outdoor first aid.  The course is one semester long with at least two field trips.  ($18.00 fee)

 

8th grade Elective choice:

 

• Outdoor Recreation:  Students will have the opportunity to be certified in Idaho Hunter’s Education, bow hunting and boaters safety.  Students will also learn about wilderness survival, outdoor first aid, and the basic use of a GPS.  This will be a fun and educational class for those who love and appreciate the outdoors.  ($18.00 fee)
