PE & Health Department

 

• PE/Health:  PE/Health is a required course for 7th and 8th graders.  Each class is 9 weeks long.  PE will consist of a variety of group and individual activities that encourage a life long fitness.  Black shorts and a yellow shirt are required.  Students may buy PE clothes from the school for $16.00 or bring their own.  7th grade Health will include a foundation of making healthy choices and drug education.  8th grade Health will include what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle in today’s society.  Units will consist of nutrition, making healthy choices, CPR and first aid.
