Miss Robinson’s class      9/27/07

 

~ A big thanks to all who were able to help with the PTA fundraiser.  PTA raised over $26,000!  Hubbard receives half of the money raised. 

 

~ Don’t forget to return Box Tops to the classroom.  So far we have collected 12 this month.

 

~ Book orders were sent in last week.  If you ordered you should expect your books within two weeks.  There was a great response for book orders and with the bonus points earned our class library grew.  This month we were able to order five new Captain Underpants books, four Pony Pals books, a Shel Silverstein (our Spotlight Author) pack and four books for the listening center.  Thank you for your orders.  

 

~ We had a wonderful time at the Public Library.  Thank you to the parents who were able to chaperone the trip.  I have received a few library card applications; I will send them back home.  You need to take them to the Kuna Public Library and show them proof of address and then you will receive your library card.

 

~ We have a class website!  The address is as follows:

As of now there are a few links to websites students have enjoyed in the past, our newsletter, and homework is posted.  I would love some ideas on what you would like to see on the website.  Please send a note or email me any ideas.
