I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year. I think you will be
amazed at the growth your child will make in first grade. It is inspiring to
see how quickly students learn to read! This is my biggest reward in teaching. I
love watching this process unfold right before my eyes. Get ready for a
thrilling year!
This will be my ninth year teaching in the Kuna School District. I
previously taught four years of kindergarten at Ross and Indian Creek.
During the 2006-2007 school year, I switched to first grade. I feel lucky to
be a part of this great school and look forward to a very busy, fun and
academically stimulating year!
In my spare time, I enjoy running, working out at the gym, playing tennis and having game nights with friends.My family travels as much as we can. This summer we visited the beautiful states of New Mexico & Colorado. We also spent a couple days at Crater Lake in Oregon, which for me has the most breathtaking scenery I've ever seen. I'm excited to begin our learning journey together!
