During our "Creating a New Nation" Unit, students will discuss the following:

- So we won, what do we do now?

- How did we choose our style of government?  What kind of government did we try to use before the Constitution?

- What is the Bill of Rights?  Why is it necessary?

- What kind of tests did the young nation run in to?

- What was our first president like?
