    Middle School Families,

We're excited to notify you about an assembly in our buildings on January 26th.

We're welcoming Rocky Herron to come and speak to our students about his experiences as a DEA agent and the impact drugs are having on our youth, families, and communities.

Extra support staff will be available for kids to discuss the content if needed.

Feel free to reach out to your school administrators with any questions.

Parents and community Invited to Attend Thursday Night

This fall, Sgt. Brian Keen, who supervises our school resources officers, spoke with the Superintendent Advisory Council, about how drugs are impacting our youth today.

He also shared a short video from former U.S. Drug Enforcement Agent Rocky Herron. The takeaway from our briefing was our kids have greater access to drugs than ever before -- and the drugs are stronger and more deadly.

The advisory committee agreed that this would be an important message for our students and our communities to hear, directly from Rocky Herron.
