Curriculum pictureIn education, curriculum refers to the content and skills we teach students in an academic program.  A guaranteed curriculum means that all students have an opportunity to learn the content assigned to a grade level or course based on Idaho State Content Standards.

Kuna School District curriculum development is guided by the District Curriculum Council (DCC). This council is a group of teacher leaders who represent all subjects Kindergarten through 12th grade. The DCC meets several times a year to provide oversight for academic programs and district policy related to curriculum and assessment. They work to insure that the Kuna School District curriculum is aligned across the district and from one grade level to the next.
