Superintendent Kim Bekkedahl will retire in June 2026. The Kuna Board of Trustees is looking for the next amazing leader for our district. 

Trustees have contracted with Idaho School Boards Association (ISBA) for the search.

Here’s a timeline of activities:

• Application Period Opens: November 17, 2025 at this application website
• Application Deadline: January 31, 2026
• Semi-Finalists Determined: February 25, 2026
• Interviews and Community Forum: February/March 2026
• Selection of New Superintendent: March 2026
• Start Date: July 1, 2026
