Hello Silver Trail Community,

This week's Silver Trail Times missed some fun updates I wanted to share with you:

Thank you to our families for all of the love during Teacher Appreciation Week! We are incredibly grateful. A huge shoutout to our amazing PTA for going above and beyond to spoil our staff—we felt so appreciated. Be sure to check out some photos from the week!

Yesterday, our staff participated in a meaningful day of Professional Development. The day began with a district-wide celebration where we honored several members of our Silver Trail family:

Miss Carnahan was awarded Teacher of the Year
Mrs. Boulware received Classified Staff of the Year
Mandy Jenks, longtime ST parent and substitute, was named Friend of Educator

Please join me in congratulating these incredible individuals for their dedication and hard work!

If you attended Family Fun Night, you may have supported our Miner CAST students at their Bake Sale. Thanks to your generosity, they raised over $400! This week, they used those funds to enhance our campus by painting the basketball lines, purchasing new playground balls, kickball bases, a ball holder, and more. We’re so proud of their initiative and grateful for your continued support.

We are so lucky to be part of such a supportive and engaged community.

Thank you for your continued support! We are looking forward to wrapping up the school year with lots of fun and memorable moments.

Celebrating Mrs. Cobb

Friday afternoon also included a beautiful Retirement Celebration for our very own Mrs. Cobb! While she will be so missed, I know her legacy will live on through the students' lives she touched. Thank you for all you have done, Mrs. Cobb! Although, a thank you will never be enough.

A big thanks to all of the families who attended her celebration!
