Dear Timberwolf Families,
We have a busy and exciting week ahead at Hubbard!

🗓 Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Corrected dates: Conferences are Wed. Oct 8th from 2-7 and Thursday Oct. 9 from 2-6. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Teachers have shared sign-up links, so please be sure to schedule this important time to connect and partner in your child’s learning and growth.
Please help feed our amazing staff as they work during Parent-Teacher Conferences. If you’d like to contribute, please sign up to bring an item and deliver it to the school between 2–4 PM on October 8th. Your support means so much!

📚 Book Fair is Coming!
Our Fall Book Fair kicks off Monday, October 6 and runs all week in the Library.
Book Fair Hours:
  • October 6–7: 3:30–4:00 PM
  • October 8: 2:00–7:00 PM
  • October 9: 2:00–6:00 PM
🎃 Pumpkin Raffle
Don’t miss our fun Pumpkin Raffle during Book Fair hours! Tickets are just $1 each, and all proceeds go directly to support our Hubbard Library.

📌 No School – October 10
A reminder that there will be no school on Thursday, October 10 due to a Teacher Work Day.

Jog-a-Thon

Hubbard's annual Jog-a-Thon is coming up on Oct. 17th! This is a fun way to raise money for our school to support students and staff! Get your pledges in and be ready to run! See flyer for more information.

Drop off/Pick up Reminder

Pick Up, Drop Off, and Parking Lot Safety
  • Safety of your child(ren) is our priority. Please pick up and drop off your child in the designated areas.
  • NO drop-off/pick-up in the bus lane.
  • No traffic or parking allowed in the bus lane.
  • Please pull forward as far as you can. Students will use the sidewalks to get to the building/playground at the beginning of the day and again to get to you car at the end of the day.
  • If you plan to walk up to pick up your students, please park in a parking spot in the parking lot and use crosswalks.
  • Drop off may begin no earlier than 8:30 AM.
  • Use designated cross walks to access the parking lot or playgrounds.
  • Be patient, especially as we start the school year and the pick up/drop off routine are new to many families.
  • Call the office by 2:00 PM if there will be a change in the way your child will normally go home so the teacher can be made aware of the change in plans.

*Wednesdays early release - 8:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
