Cold Weather

As we enter the colder months of the school year we provide different areas in the school for students to eat lunch and enjoy their lunch time. We always have our commons as the first choice for eating lunch for the entire year. During winter months we will have tables and chairs set up in the lower and upper gym foyers. When it starts to get colder, we will open an upper gym for students to be able to do indoor activities.

💜Epilepsy Awareness💜

Every year, we bring Epilepsy Awareness to KHS during the month of November. This is the 4th year of the event and every year, we try to do a little more to help make a difference in the lives of those impacted by Epilepsy.

The JROTC is dedicating their PT Fridays toward Epilepsy Awareness. Our goal is to collect $1 per mile toward the miles that the cadets run over the 3 Fridays in November. On average, they run about 1 mile per cadet per PT day. So our goal and staff challenge is to raise $330.

You can donte through the KHS Fundraiser link here OR by cash or check to the KHS bookkeeper.

Thank you for your support!
